Tung Oil Tree in Blossom (1931)

On the Reverse:

“Since 1906 the U. S. Department of Agriculture has distributed Tung Oil trees for planting throughout the Southern States. A survey made in 1924 shows that the best growth and yield can be obtained from trees planted in the vicinity of Gainesville, Florida. In 1923 there were in Florida 14,000 trees in groves. In 1931 there are over 800,000 trees in commercial groves.”
